Meine Damen und Herren, welcome to a very special epiosde of BritToid coming to you from Gamescom 2010. We see a few changes to our team this week as the lovley Andy is back in England and N0brien is currently driving back from Berlin. Instead myself, Seto, Sean and Maurice Tan (prof.pew) discuss our games of the show from gamescom and of course, what we found most disappointing. We discuss the finer points of shaking our thang with Microsofts Kinect, we take a look at Enslaved(however Sean seems reserved towards it), Seto gets all up in some epic yarn and Vanquish while I go high fantasy with RPG Dragon Age. We also get told off for the noise by our S***y neighbours before finishing up with what we were most disapointed with, which was actually alot harder to do that it sounds.

Sun, 8 August 2010  Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to BritToid Episode 3. We are Destructoid.com's British gaming focused podcast that brings you some of Britains finest (plus one German) accents and all the biggest news from the UK. Listen this month as we kick off with the never easy to answer question of 'what is your favourite game' as we all try to explain/justify our choice (where I may or may not descend into a hissy fit). We follow it up by taking another look at the UK sales chart, only to find we have no surprises that 2010 Fifa World Cup South Affica continues to sell well, despite the robbery followed by a sexual assult that was Englands Exit. We move swiftly onto the banning of the R4 in the UK which of course none of us would ever own. We take a look at the Xbox360 Slim which happens to be selling well in the UK despite the brutal raping which is the price for Kinetc. On Seto's orders we take a look at the developer awards only to finish off by discussing the end of top PC magazine PC Zone.
This weeks episode is a little longer than normal so as a treat, you get two breaks.

Sun, 11 July 2010  Lords and Ladies (and all that falls in-between) we have made it to episode 2 of BritToid! For anyone who missed the previous post, we are Destructoid.com's brand new British gaming focused podcast. This episode sees the return of cast to discuss everything from how we found Destructoid to giving up and just talking about our favourite Rare games. Ladies and gentlemen (and all that falls in-between), we are proud to announce the arrival of BritToid – Destructoid’s brand new British gaming focused podcast. As a podcast we look to bring you discussions revolving around some of the biggest news going on the United Kingdom and Europe.
This first episode introduces you to the unusual bunch of people that make up the BritToid team; we spend time discussing the finer points of a zombie apocalypse, take a look at the UK top 10 sales, the London MCM expo, the PEGI Vs. BBFC debate and even spend time discussing a Tory who is pro-videogames!
Remember – Joining BritToid at episode one gives you unlimited bragging rights when we finally become ‘cool’. You know, because you were listening before we got famous.
